A fixed term contract role for a Senior HR Business Partner role, based in Cramlington, Newcastle. This role is to provide maternity cover for a minimum period of 8 months.
Your new company: Osprey is a British logistics provider with 25 years of in-house experience. Your new role: The Senior HR Business Partner will ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right seats to enable effective delivery. Key responsibilities include:
1. HR business partnering
2. Success management
3. HR advice, guidance, and support
4. HR administration
5. HR processes
6. HR projects
What you’ll need to succeed:
* CIPD qualification (min level 5)
* Proven generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in developing and supporting managers through change
* Coordinating and managing HR projects
* Knowledge of employment law and best practices
* Exceptional organizational and planning skills
* Effective influencing and communication skills
* Dynamic, resilient, and problem-solving approach
* Proven leadership capabilities
