Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver high-quality support to pupils across the school, including small-group and 1:1 interventions.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development.
* Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Have experience working in a primary school setting.
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
* Show patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children.
* Be confident working independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
