Systems Integration Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integrations Manager to join our IT department here in Harrods. You will be responsible for ensuring service stability, adherence to internal & external service agreements, business continuity, team management, vendor & stakeholder management, and continual service improvement.
About the Role
As the Systems Integrations Manager, you will provide hands-on support and integration development expertise (using SAP CPI & Process Orchestration as middleware) and will have significant experience in Integration Architecture capabilities, as well as in-depth technical expertise of integration platforms and toolsets.
You will also:
* Monitor operational performance and provide out-of-hours support, ensuring processes and procedures are in place to respond to alerts and incidents during business hours or out-of-hours callouts to the on-call team.
* Act as an escalation point during major incidents, helping technical teams and accessing higher levels of vendors to positively influence service quality.
* Participate in the Architecture Review Board and Design Authority processes, contributing as a subject matter expert.
* Manage team certifications and training to maintain top talent within your team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have significant in-depth business process and technical experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, and EIC, and will be able to act as an advisor for design decisions and delivery approaches.
You will also have:
* Passion for integration topics, programming, and technology in general.
* Extensive retail experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP API Management (Integration Suite), Edge Integration Cell, and Advanced Event Mesh.
* Strong awareness of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, with hands-on skills in ESR, CPI Mapping, Groovy, Java.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
