Regional Business Development Manager
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success as the business continues its exciting growth plan. It is a pivotal role within each of our local markets, focusing on account development and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
The role involves a mix of field-based customer engagement and weekly time at our Airdrie Depot to support customer account development within the existing portfolio and new business activities.
Experience in the hire sector is advantageous but not necessary; however, experience in a new business field sales role is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a defined portfolio of customer accounts.
2. Identify and secure new customer accounts to meet sales revenue goals.
3. Support and achieve sales growth targets for all FTH products and services.
4. Develop and deliver customer proposals and agreements.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in industry marketing and promotional activities.
7. Provide market intelligence and insights to the regional and overall business teams.
8. Enhance customer awareness and trading performance via internal platforms.
9. Serve as a point of contact to ensure a positive customer experience.
10. Generate sales performance reports for management.
11. Manage hire inquiries and orders as needed.
