What you will be doing: Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues by email, phone and in person Setting up accounts for staff and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults Repairing equipment and replacing parts IT project work What you will need to succeed: Experience in an end user desktop support role or IT operations environment Proven hardware and software knowledge Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP Experience of VoIP telephony services Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels Organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines What you will receive in return : Competitive salary Full-time Monday to Friday Excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and health A great opportunity where you can develop your career What you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please email sarah.collins@thrivegroup. co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
