* Lead BBU New Product strategy and process
* Ensure end to end execution from clinical trial to commercial team set-up by leading CFT and expertise in RA, market access, medical knowledge and etc.
[Typical Accountabilities]
* Lead new product process with cross-functional team to maximize future portfolio commercial attractiveness
* Ensure launch decision in time with appropriate regulatory, pricing and brand strategy
* Evaluate market potential and brand opportunities across various indication analyzing secondary data and specialist interview
* Identify possible issues for new product launch and develop corrective action plans for the major issues
* Generate solid sales forecast based on market insight and robust assumptions
* Communicate with senior management team and international team for relevant issues
* Provide comprehensive and clear market insight to support business decision

[Qualifications]
- Education: Bachelor’s degrees and above and prefer bio science related major
- Language: Fluent in English
- Work Experience: Over 5-year experience in pharma industry
