This role is ideal for someone with extensive expertise in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, particularly Section 22 and the lawful limits of local authority provision. The Role As a core member of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), you will represent the local authority perspective, contributing to robust and lawful decision-making around CHC eligibility and funding arrangements.
