We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Support / Work Bank Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our planners and field teams by ensuring all completed works are accurately recorded, updated, and closed on the Water board system, Elips. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review completed jobs daily and update the internal work bank accordingly.
* Close jobs accurately within the Water board system (Elips).
* Support planners with additional administrative tasks, such as preparing dig plans for excavation teams.
* Ensure all data entry is accurate, consistent, and completed within required timeframes.
* Liaise with planners and field operatives where clarification is needed.
* Maintain organised records and documentation to support workflow efficiency.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Strong proficiency using Excel (filters, spreadsheets, updating logs).
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
* Previous experience using Elips is highly desirable (though not essential).
* Prior admin or coordination experience within utilities, construction, or the water industry is beneficial.
