As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver high-quality planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown fault-finding, and minor installation works across a varied commercial estate. This is a diverse, hands-on mechanical role where no two days are the same. We are looking for an all-round mechanical professional who combines strong HVAC/plant room engineering knowledge with extensive commercial plumbing and wet-works maintenance experience. Key Responsibilities * Commercial Mechanical Maintenance: Execute daily PPM schedules, reactive repairs, and system overhauls on a wide range of commercial mechanical infrastructure, ensuring maximum asset uptime and SLA compliance. * Plant Room & HVAC Care: Monitor, service, and troubleshoot plant room equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fan coil units, pumps, booster sets, heating loops, and chilled water circuits. * Commercial Plumbing & Drainage: Take absolute ownership of commercial wet-works. Diagnose and repair defects across domestic and commercial hot/cold water systems, localized pipework pipelines, radiators, control valves, sanitaryware, and drainage networks. * Water Hygiene & L8 Compliance: Conduct statutory water hygiene testing, including temperature monitoring, automated system flushing, and thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) servicing in strict accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines.
