As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Safran, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of our supplier network, supporting both operational excellence and overall program performance Key Responsibilities -Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear interpretation and communication of quality requirements. -Lead and support supplier quality activities, managing non‑conformances and quality issues within agreed timelines. -Monitor and report on supply chain quality performance, including the creation and deployment of metrics to support business objectives. -Provide support for First Article Inspection (FAI) activities, including modifications or supplier transfer projects when required. -Conduct supplier reviews covering all quality aspects, driving continuous improvement and supporting APQP deployment across programs. -Carry out capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection and qualification. -Perform analyses, tests, and process audits to ensure manufacturing and testing readiness. -Provide Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions for non‑conformances. -Execute internal audits to maintain and ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
