A little more about the Process Operator role…
Hourly Rate: £13.81 + shift premium
What you’ll do:
* Analyze processes daily and implement actions to improve stability.
* Collaborate with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, and Engineering teams to meet specifications.
* Perform housekeeping activities to maintain equipment longevity, including checks and reporting issues.
* Handle routine tasks like offloading palettes, replenishing raw materials, and minimizing waste.
What you’ll bring:
* Relevant manufacturing experience.
* Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
* Knowledge of computer systems like SAP.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
* Approachable, team-oriented, or self-motivated to work independently.
Additional advantages include:
* Experience with quality testing and systems.
* Knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Shift work experience, including nights and 12-hour shifts.
* NVQ Level 2 in Manufacturing Operations.
* FLT Counterbalance license.
