We are seeking an experienced
Head Chef
to lead the kitchen operation for a prestigious contract catering site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality food with consistency.
What you'll do:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to the highest standards.
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues, using strong communication skills to build excellent relationships.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Head Chef (contract catering or similar setting desirable).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communicator, confident in client interaction.
Organised, creative, and financially astute.
Passion for food, service, and innovation.
