You’ll be selling a product people genuinely want. About the Role As Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales and membership journey – from initial enquiry through to join and early-stage retention. You’ll manage daily lead flow, drive conversions, reduce arrears, and work closely with our marketing agency and club leadership to deliver consistent growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves targets, thrives on people interaction and wants real influence over a growing business. Main Responsibilities Convert warm leads into committed members through professional tours, calls and follow-ups. Own daily ClubWise call lists and sales pipeline management. Proactively manage arrears, renewals and cancellations to protect monthly revenue. Deliver first-week and first-month follow-ups to improve retention. Partner with our marketing agency to align campaigns with in-club activity. Support local events and community outreach to drive awareness. Report weekly on leads, joins and retention KPIs. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless member experience. About You Proven track record in sales (gym, fitness, hospitality or service sector). Confident closer with a consultative, customer-first approach. Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working to targets. Experience managing arrears or renewals is a bonus. Strong communication skills and positive, energetic presence. Enjoys working with marketing teams and contributing creative ideas.
