The role of Customer Service Team Leader requires you to provide excellent and inspirational leadership to the client experience team.
You must have the ability to drive and increase performance by taking a strong customer focus approach and make sure that all the department SLA’s are met or exceeded.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our client experience team and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the customer experience team, ensuring a consistent high standard of customer services.
1. Provide excellent leadership to the Client Experience Team and foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
2. Carrying out 121’s and disciplinaries.
3. Coach and develop team members, supporting personal development.
4. Create a culture within your team that is consistent with the clients values and principles.
5. Engage and motivate team members to exceed expectations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
