Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Locations covered:Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke
Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSupervisor to lead from the front and support operational delivery across our teams.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management capability, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Managerial experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and manage teams of multi-skilled operatives
* Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across responsive repairs and maintenance works
* Quote works accurately and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
* Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work
* Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures
* Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
* Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong management and leadership experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing
* Technical knowledge across multi-trade disciplines
* Experience working with social housing customers and stakeholders
* Ability to oversee works from quotation through to completion
* Excellent organisational and communication xsngvjr skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
