Job Role: Night Chef
Rate of pay: £32,000 (+tips)
Hours: 45 hours minimum contract
Location: South Ascot

* Following HACCP procedures, including labelling and cleaning
* Maintaining a clean and organized environment
* Controlling operating costs, stock management, and ordering
* Planning and supervising daily operations of your section
* Training and developing team members
* Responding flexibly to business needs
* Adhering to company policies and safety regulations
* Protecting property and goods
* Contributing to menu ideas and ensuring quality standards
Health & Safety
* Comply with statutory and company health, safety, and security regulations
* Maintain up-to-date certificates and licenses
Flexibility
Additional duties may be assigned, and working hours may need adjustment based on business needs.
Qualifications & Desirables
* NVQ Level 2 & 3
* COSHH, 1st Aid certifications
* Experience in similar establishments
* English proficiency
* Kitchen and food knowledge
* Organizational skills
