The Role
As Head of Operations, you will be at the helm of our multi-site events catering operations. You will lead a team of events managers, chefs, logistics coordinators, and service staff, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple venues and event sites
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of operational and on-site leaders
* Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Design teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
* Implement and monitor operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency
* Lead logistics, staffing, compliance, health & safety, and supplier relationships
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of event delivery
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on profitability and growth
About You
* Proven experience in a senior operations role within high-end events catering or hospitality
* Experience managing multiple sites, venues, or large-scale event operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Passionate about food, service, and creating exceptional experiences
