Responsibilities
* Work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* Play a role in fostering students' well-being and academic success.
* Work closely with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.
* Design and implement tailored support programmes to improve behaviour, attitudes, and engagement.
* Develop one-to-one mentoring relationships and group interventions to support students' learning and personal development.
* Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and enhance social and emotional well-being.
* Assist with the smooth transition of student at key stages in their educational journey.
* Maintain accurate records, including safeguarding-related actions, and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.

An actual salary of £20,546 - £21,546 per annum (Band 3 Scale Point 6-9). There is a pay award pending.
