Excellent opportunity to join a Property Consultancy within their Asset Management division. You will be joining an established team who are looking to grow their department by creating a new role as the Property Maintenance Manager. You will be working alongside an experienced team of Asset and Property Managers working with a predominantlymercial property portfolio.
Your new role
As the Maintenance Manager you will support the Property and Asset Managers by providing support around maintenance matters across the portfolio. This will include carrying out routine inspections on the property portfolio to checkpliance and Health and Safety matters. You will also be involved with managing contractors who will bepleting minor works, which will include requesting quotes and overseeing projects. You may be asked to rectify minor maintenance queries yourself. As part of the role you will also be a point of contact for tenants and will work closely with the wider property team to support on wider goals.
This role is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Part-time hours are expected to be three days per week and can be worked as three full days or over five days to fit in around school hours.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have experience working within Facilities Management or Property Maintenance. Applications are weed from those with trades backgrounds who are looking to transition into Facilities Management or those who have already gained experience within Maintenance or Facilities Management. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
