Bramah HR are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join one of our fantastic clients based in Hitchin in Hertfordshire. This is an ideal role for an experienced and commercially astute HR Business Partner who is used to managing senior stakeholders. This is a generalist position that will have involvement across a broad scope of duties across the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- To work with senior colleagues to provide guidance and advice around HR policy, procedure and strategy for their business units and to act as a trusted partner to coach them on HR best practice whilst building a collaborative and positive working relationship.
- To manage more complex employee relations cases ensuring both a commercially positive and people focused outcomes.
- To assist in recruitment processes in both advertising new vacancies, driving candidate attraction initiatives and managing processes with senior colleagues.
- To work collaboratively with the wider HR team in developing HR policy and procedure and to work to constantly update and improve policies.
- To work closely with the HR Administrator and Payroll teams to ensure employee information is up to date and correct in the internal HR Systems.
Skills:
- Experience in a similar HR Business Partnering position with experience managing senior stakeholders.
- CIPD Level 5 as a minimum but a level 7 is desirable.
