We are looking for a Product Owner with solid experience in financial services, preferably in account-to-account payments, to manage the product backlog and deliver high-impact digital payment solutions within an agile environment.

About The Profile
We are looking for a Product Owner with solid experience in financial services, preferably in account-to-account payments. This role will be focused on managing the product backlog, aligning priorities with business and customer value, and delivering high-impact digital payment solutions within an agile environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
* Write and refine user stories based on business requirements.
* Prioritize backlog items aligned with customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and UX/UI designers.
* Attend and contribute to Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
* Document designs and product decisions using tools like Confluence.
* Track and measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* Support integration with ISO 20022 standards and other payments systems.
Requirements
* +7 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Previous experience in financial services, preferably in payments.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating needs into deliverable stories.
* Familiarity with product management tools and customer feedback analysis.
* Technical understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery processes.
* Experience with user research, data analysis, and reporting.
