This role has a salary of £26,265 pa. Let's talk about the role, it involves: Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence. Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement. Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management. Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures. Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process. Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
