We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. Northstone is the leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in Northern Ireland, dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable, innovative, sustainable products, and excellent customer satisfaction. The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will participate in our two-year graduate development programme, starting September 2025, to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills.

Key areas of responsibility:
* Learn and understand operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment
* Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation

* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
* Communicate plans effectively to employees and contractors
Candidate requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Electrical / Building Services / Automation Engineering or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* A clean driving license
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering packages (training provided if needed)
