Description
In this busy and varied Financial Accountant role, you'll be expected to:
* Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with statutory and organisational standards
* Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting
* Maintain and improve financial controls and processes within the organisation
* Monitor key financial metrics and offer recommendations for improvements
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies and procedures
* Provide support during audits, liaising with external auditors as required
Profile
We're looking for:
* ACA/ ACCA or equivalent
* Professional experience of working within a high-volume workload Finance function
* Preparation of statutory accounts
* Strong across all MS Office applications, with at least intermediate Excel skills.
* Proven ability of working to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
