The Opportunity: Business Development Manager – IT Sector

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships.

This is a consultative sales role focused on engaging senior decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and delivering tailored IT solutions that provide real commercial value. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager – IT Sector

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Qualify leads and support broader business development initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from initial engagement through to deal closureAbout You

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
