The organisation are a well-established, local business on the outskirts of Northampton. The team are friendly, welcoming and hardworking and are excited about gaining the extra support from this role. Payroll Administrator Duties include: Inputting new starters onto the system Processing leavers Allocating P45 details onto the system for new starters Generating P45’s for leavers Dealing with inbound payroll queries from employees Resolving payroll queries to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time Inputting employee working hours onto the system Ensuring hours submitted by employees have been signed off by their manager The person, to be successful in this role you must be: Hard working Happy to help others with whatever is needed to get the job done Flexible Friendly Good customer service ability Proven ability to be accurate If you are studying towards an ATT (or an equivalent accounting qualification) this will be advantageous but not a necessity Benefits: Contributory pension 24 days holiday Parking on site If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact Julie or Karen at Warner Recruitment.
