We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting various functions, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
* Support team members with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence and preparing reports.
* Assist in inventory management of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Computer experience is preferred however training will be given on our bespoke computer system. Hours and pay negotiable for the right candidate,
