Our client, a reputable main dealership in the Grantham area, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

The Vehicle Technician position is ideal for experienced professionals committed to delivering quality service and technical excellence.
Benefits:
* Basic salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience
* On-target earnings of approximately £48,000, including bonus earnings
* Full manufacturer training and development programmes
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays
* Bonus and overtime opportunities

Duties:
* Perform vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and servicing to manufacturer standards
* Conduct thorough diagnostic checks to identify faults
* Liaise effectively with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
* Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults, providing accurate diagnoses
* Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards
* Document all repairs and maintenance accurately as a Vehicle Technician
* Assist with additional vehicle maintenance tasks as requested
* Ensure a professional approach and excellent customer service throughout
Requirements:
* Relevant formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent workshop
* Own comprehensive set of tools
* Full valid UK driving licence
* MOT licence is desirable but not essential
