Residential Child Care Worker - Casual, Northwich
Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking casual Residential Child Care Workers to cover shifts in our Residential Children’s Homes located in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich.
Our Residential Service aims to meet the needs of vulnerable children and maximize their life chances, helping them achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

Requirements include holding a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, experience supporting vulnerable children and young people, and supervisory skills. Training and support will be provided to develop your skills further. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
