Sushi Chef – High Volume Takeaway
Location: Harlow, Essex
Full Time – 45 to 48 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Depending on Experience)

Sushi & Shakes is a growing sushi takeaway brand in Harlow.
We are looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to join our production kitchen.
This role is focused on high-volume sushi preparation and consistency.
We are looking for speed, precision and discipline.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare maki, uramaki, nigiri and sashimi consistently
* Maintain sushi rice quality throughout service
* Work efficiently during busy takeaway periods
* Follow portion control standards
* Maintain clean and organised workstation
* Work under Head Chef supervision
Requirements:
* Previous professional sushi experience
* Strong knife skills
* Ability to work quickly under pressure
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene
* Team-focused attitude
