* We are looking for candidates with proven experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management within banking or financial crime compliance. You should have hands-on expertise in Collibra Data Quality (CDQ), including rule building and monitoring. A strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and KYC processes, along with relevant regulatory frameworks, is essential. Technical proficiency in SQL for data validation and remediation is required, and experience with AML/Sanctions platforms such as Actimize SAM or Fircosoft is preferred. An understanding of data lineage, metadata, and critical data element frameworks, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills, is necessary. Additionally, desirable qualifications include experience in AML remediation programmes, Collibra certifications, ICA/ACAMS qualifications, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Responsibilities:
* As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across AML and Sanctions screening platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and monitoring Data Quality Rules within Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) for AML and Sanctions datasets. You will define and implement controls for key data elements, validate data ingestion for AML/Sanctions screening platforms, and conduct root cause analysis of data issues to support remediation strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining DQ-related metadata, issues, and reporting within Collibra and ServiceNOW, providing evidence of effective controls during regulatory reviews and audits, and delivering dashboards and KPIs to track performance, ownership, and remediation progress. You will also contribute to policy and framework development in Data Governance and Quality.
