We are looking for a SHE Advisor to work on a permanent basis in Chorley/Hybrid. The role is working Monday to Thursday - 2 days' in the office, 2 days' from home. Salary is c£50-55,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, healthcare etc. Duties for the SHE Advisor Provide practical Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) support across the business, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures and management systems. Support the development of a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement in SHE performance. Key Responsibilities SHE Compliance & Risk Management * Provide SHE advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees. * Support compliance with relevant legislation, standards and management systems. * Assist with risk assessments and ensure effective control measures are implemented. * Monitor activities, identify hazards and intervene where standards are not met. * Support engineering, project and operational teams to manage SHE risks effectively.
