Flourish Medical is currently recruiting for a Dental Therapist to support a busy NHS dental practice in Droitwich on a full-time locum basis for a 2-week placement in June. Candidates must be confident carrying out NHS Direct Access appointments independently.
Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. UK-based experience is essential for this role and you must be registered with the GDC as a Dental Therapist.

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Therapist:
* GDC-registered Dental Therapist
* Previous UK NHS practice experience
* Confident managing NHS Direct Access patients independently
* Experience maintaining a busy clinical diary
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced NHS environment
As a Dental Therapist, your responsibilities may include:
* Providing high-quality hygiene and therapy treatment within an NHS setting
* Managing NHS Direct Access appointments independently
* Delivering preventative dental care and tailored oral health advice
* Carrying out fillings and other treatments within scope of practice
* Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
* Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider practice team
* Ensuring compliance with infection control and CQC standards
