Working Mon- Fri – 42.5 hours rotating as 8.5 hour shifts between a start of 07.00-18.00 (1 hour lunch) plus alternate Saturday mornings, 08.00-13.00
Core Responsibilities:
1. Front of House (Dealership) counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries
2. Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.
3. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.
4. Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.
5. Organising stock rotation and counts
Required Competencies:
6. Previous Vehicle Parts experience
7. To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally.
8. To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes
9. To be able to competently use desktop PC and associated software & systems
