Our client, a leading company in the aerospace defence and security sector, is seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager - Civils & MRO to join their dynamic Commercial Business team. Key Responsibilities:
Driving the successful execution of contracts related to Sale & customisation, retrofit, training, MRO, and Support & Services for both civilian and military customers.
Providing critical support on contractual setups, including the negotiation and refinement of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
Collaborating seamlessly across various departments such as Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance as well as other Airbus Helicopters entities.
Working closely with the Offers Manager and Sales Team to ensure successful contract execution.
Supporting the Offers Manager in contractual setups for bidding processes.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager within the defence and security sector.
Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain for the aerospace industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to refine Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
Eligibility for DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
