We are partnering with a well regarded specialist disputes practice that is expanding its presence in Scotland.
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Senior Associate to join its Glasgow office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that regularly acts for a broad range of insurer and commercial clients across the UK, handling high-value and complex disputes across multiple sectors.
The Role
* Advising commercial and insurer clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution options
* Managing high-value, complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution
* Preparing clear, commercially focused reports for clients
* Managing client relationships and identifying potential conflicts
* Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key deadlines
* Preparing matters for Court proceedings at all levels
* Handling ADR processes including mediation and negotiation
* Managing adjudications where relevant
* Supporting business development initiatives
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
About You
* Minimum 8 years PQE
* Excellent technical ability and confidence managing complex, high-value disputes
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and strategic mindset
* Solid academic background
* Proactive and collaborative approach
