The Editec Group is a leading provider of management services and technology to Sports Betting, Lottery, and Gaming operators in Africa. Through its clients, Editec has a strong presence in over 20 Countries and several management satellite offices based throughout Europe.


Overview of the role

This role will partner with our Consultants across Africa, managing core areas across the full employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, company benefits, policies, performance, employee relations, HR systems administration, advisory, and coordination.

You will have strong experience across all HR disciplines, with emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills. A curious and creative mind, eager to learn and advise, is essential, along with the ability to address matters from a business perspective.


What you'll do

* Support Employee Relations matters across African operations, ensuring accurate and legal administration and paperwork.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
* Manage payroll matters for Africa.
* Provide excellent customer service with a problem-solving approach when managing employee and line manager inquiries.
* Advise on employee benefits and policies, applying discretionary advice where necessary.
* Manage transactional elements of the employee lifecycle and suggest improvements.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to share ideas on scalable working methods.
* Maintain compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness and stay updated on data legislation and compliance standards.
* Contribute to a high-performance, delivery-focused HR team culture.


What you offer

* HR experience in a progressive environment.
* Experience with multinational organizations or subsidiaries is advantageous.
* Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in French is a plus.
* Deep understanding of local labor laws and legal requirements.
* Experience supporting and advising on Employee Relations platforms.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
* Adherence to confidentiality policies.
* High learning agility.
