Location: Basingstoke Background check required: None Closing Date: 13 May 2024 We're looking for an Apprentice 3D/4D Animator to join our Kier Transportation team based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship in Animation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career. Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Contract: Permanent Salary: £18,000 per annum If you already hold a degree (or equivalent) related to this programme, then you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship due to funding regulations) How does an apprenticeship work? As an Apprentice 3D/4D Animator you'll be enrolled onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Junior Animation, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Clearbox BIM team to provide multimedia and data services to support projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Your day to day will include: Creating graphics/illustration/animation using computer software programs Developing storyboards to map out storylines and graphics Editing animations and effects based on feedback from team members and clients Creating concepts, assembling and producing various forms of digital art for projects Creating and applying special effects to project outputs What are we looking for?
