Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital strategy with a focus on CRM, local SEO, online review management, and content delivery. This role is key to increasing visibility, improving customer engagement, and ultimately driving occupancy across our nursery network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise our presence across Google Business Profiles (GMB), ensuring accurate and engaging local listings.
Lead the management of online reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google responding to reviews, identifying trends, and building strategies to improve customer sentiment.
Support the creation and scheduling of digital content across websites and CRM channels to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
Help manage and optimise the CRM platform to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Assist in developing and delivering automated journeys, nurture flows, and campaign sequences tailored to parent behaviours and needs.
Monitor CRM performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion) and make recommendations for improvement.
Use data and performance analytics (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) to evaluate local marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Carry out A/B testing and performance tracking on digital campaigns (web content, local promotions, review incentives, etc.).
Work cross-functionally with nursery teams to gather and promote positive parent feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
Help manage and update local nursery web pages using our CMS platform, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
Stay up to date with digital trends, review platform developments, and local search updates.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO activity.
Familiarity with review platforms such as Trustpilot, and Google Reviews.
Be comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).
Experience in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
Exposure to SEO best practices and optimisation strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
