Pollini Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a supervisor position within an elevated restaurant or hotel environment and be confident maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring service runs smoothly, mainly during dinner service, Venue open from Tuesday to Sunday Lunch.
Maintaining and delivering high standards of hospitality and guest experience
Strong communication and coordination with the kitchen and Management team
Maintaining a strong presence on the floor and supporting the team during service
Training, mentoring, and supporting junior staff members
Assisting with staff briefings and ensuring service standards are consistently followed
Managing closing shifts and ensuring all procedures are completed correctly
Preparing and sending end-of-day service reports
Supporting with reservations flow and guest requests when needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor (essential)
Experience in a high-end or elevated restaurant/hotel environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure during busy services
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good understanding of food and beverage service standards
Knowledge of Italian cuisine or Italian dishes is a plus
Experience in events is a plus
Additional Information
Mostly evening/dinner services with some closing shifts required
Garden terrace service during the summer season
