We're hiring a Senior Mobile Specialist to lead mobile app advertising campaigns across Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks. You'll manage large budgets, optimize for acquisition KPIs, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Planning and executing mobile app campaigns across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker apps
* Managing Apple Search Ads and third-party ad networks
* Collaborating with internal teams to align on acquisition goals
* Analyzing campaign performance and reporting to stakeholders
* Mentoring junior specialists and contributing to strategy
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years in mobile app advertising (CPA/ROI focus)
* Experience with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer), Excel, and analytics tools
* Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs (CPA, ROAS)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
