Role
Your role will be vital to the development of our training offer. You will be the linchpin of our course approval process, acting as the primary driver to move programmes from concept to outcome. You will support market research into demand and potential new courses, including organising market research events.
You will lead the coordination of our commercial pipeline—identifying appropriate tender opportunities, managing our CRM integrity, drafting core components, and supporting the Business Development Manager in coordinating and submitting winning proposals.
You will provide high-level support to the Business Development and Marketing Managers. From coordinating exhibitions at high-profile external events and increasing our market engagement via organising our own events and networks to supporting our digital engagement, you will support our brand reaching the right external partners.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications needed
1. Very strong organisational skills, evidenced by their experience and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Manage multiple areas of work simultaneously, working effectively in a team and communicating well with external and internal stakeholders.
2. Experience of event organisation and management would be advantageous.
3. Customer service skills are a must and a commercial mindset would support success in this role.
