Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons Teach a range of DT specialisms such as product design, resistant materials, or food technology. Maintain a safe and organised workshop/classroom environment. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support. Inspire students to think creatively and develop practical skills. Requirements for the D&T Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Design Technology in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and workshop/classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
