Established nursing care service with approximately 65 beds providing high‑quality nursing and residential support for older adults. The home has high occupancy and a stable core team, and is rated Requires Improvement following CQC assessment.
The Role
* Oversee operational and clinical performance of a busy nursing home.
* Lead turnaround strategies and quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and readiness for inspection.
* Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance.
* Build relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.
About You
* Proven success turning around services rated Requires Improvement or Inadequate.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
* Confidence managing clinical and operational environments.
* Commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care.
* Nurse qualification not essential; RGN/RMN/RNLD background and turnaround experience viewed favourably.
Salary & Benefits
