About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role could be suitable. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working is a requirement, and flexibility may be needed.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, keep them informed through team ‘huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will support your development through training in different areas and skill enhancement, providing an opportunity for growth in retail.
About You
You should be naturally friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to deliver excellent results. An enthusiastic learner across different departments, you'll be a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. As a role model, you will ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
