Training Programme CoordinatorRate - £16.88p/hLocation - SizewellHours - 32hrs (Monday - Friday)Contract length - 31.12.2025 with a possibility of it being extended out but this is not guaranteedOur client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Training Programme Coordinator to join their training department on-site at a Power Station in Sizewell. As a Training Programme Coordinator, you will support the training department with training course coordination as well as supporting training administrative duties.Principal Accountabilities :Work with station departments to ensure training provision meets demand.Carrying out scheduling and facilitation of both short and multi-week training courseswithin the various training programmes on the Power Station.Locates, retrieves and updates existing training records within the specialist databases and company systemsLiaising closely with line personnel, training instructors and training committeesEngages with External and internal Training Providers to arrange training coursesSupports and maintains the processing of Training Requests for the various Training programmesSupporting the organisation and helping to monitor trainees when carrying out training in the study baseSupports the drive to 100% training compliance, including production of training compliance reports and liaising with individual departments to ensure training is correctly scheduled.Maintains attendance records and organised filing systemsAssists with General Administration Support and General Office DutiesQualifications and Skills :As a minimum, entrants will be educated to GCSE/National Qualification standards (or equivalent) Candidates with these qualifications that include '4' and above grade passes in English and Mathematics will have an advantageDemonstrates to a high standard good customer interface skills along with overall good communication skillsUses Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) to a reasonable levelWeb development skills are desirable, but not critical for the roleKey Benefits working with Manpower:36 days holiday accrual (pro-rata) including bank holidaysCompany pension schemeAccess to Manpower's online training platform 'powerYOU', giving you access to hundreds of online training coursesOpportunity to be selected for additional upskilling and career support through Manpower's MyPath programmeDedicated Manpower Account Specialist to provide support during your assignmentIf successful, you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary assignment at our client's site and will need to undergo BPSS checks as well as a drug & alcohol test.Unfortunately, due to the number of CVs received we are unable to contact everyone in person.
