HR Business Partner
Salary: £51,176 to £53,293 (depending on location) 10% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing with service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

London - hybrid working with 3 days in the office (185 Farringdon Road, London EC1A 1AA) or at local Mail Centre (within London).

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you’ll partner with senior leaders to build operational capability, deliver performance goals, and shape long-term strategy through targeted People Plans.
You will also:
• Advise senior leaders on strategic people matters.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Enhance capability through performance, talent, and succession planning.
• Lead strategic meetings with senior leaders and trade unions.
• Manage complex change initiatives and mitigate risk through collaboration.
• Oversee cyclical people processes including performance and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations cases.
• Promote and improve adoption of HR services and processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
• The ability to act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and positively influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with a logical, resilient, and tenacious approach to problem-solving.
• Proven experience in supporting and implementing organisational change.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A sound understanding of commercial drivers, business strategy, and their implications for people and customers.
• You are working towards CIPD qualification.
