Chef de Partie Fine Dining & Prestigious School Events Harrow, London
£31,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | Predominantly Monday to Friday | Excellent Work-Life Balance
We are delighted to be recruiting a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the dedicated culinary team at a renowned independent school in Harrow, Greater London. This is a unique opportunity to work under a Michelin-trained Head Chef in a high-end kitchen that offers the creativity of fine dining alongside the benefits of a healthy work-life balancewithout the intense hours of traditional hospitality roles.
What the Role Offers:
* £31,000 salary based on a 40-hour working week
* Mainly Monday to Friday shifts, with occasional weekend work for special events
* No split shifts early or late shifts only
* Christmas, New Year, and all bank holidays off
* Involvement in premium events including weddings, corporate dining, and VIP sports occasionsexecuted at a level equivalent to 2 AA Rosettes
* Cook from scratch with seasonal, high-quality ingredients sourced from top suppliers

Who We're Looking For:
* An experienced Chef de Partie (or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up) with a background in Michelin-starred or Rosette-standard kitchens
* Confident working with fresh, seasonal produce and maintaining exceptional food standards
* Enjoys a mix of volume catering and high-end bespoke events
* A proactive and reliable team player with solid time management and communication skills
* Creative, committed, and eager to grow within a supportive team
