Overview
Band 3 Clinical Service Administrator, Wiltshire Talking Therapies – The Wiltshire Talking Therapies service offers psychological therapy and support to residents of Wiltshire who may be experiencing common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety and phobias.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients who self-refer into the service via telephone or online.
* Manage appointments and record details on the electronic patient management system (IAPTus).
* Administer and manage data for the team, including collating appointment letters and ensuring they are sent out in a timely manner.
* Respond to emails, voicemails and telephone enquiries and carry out other general office tasks.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, an exemplary telephone manner, and the ability to prioritise and work both as part of a team and independently.
* Show strong personal resilience.
Qualifications and profile
* Enthusiastic, organised Administrator competent with IT systems, confident communicator.
* Committed to providing excellent administrative support to the Talking Therapies team.
* Experience of working in fast-paced environments is desirable.
