ANZUK Education is seeking a qualified and experienced SEND Teacher for a permanent, full-time role at a leading grammar school in Gloucestershire. Key Responsibilities of an SEND Teacher
Identify and assess individual SEND needs across Key Stages
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs
Deliver differentiated lessons, interventions, and one-to-one support
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external agencies
Track and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
Attend review meetings and contribute to the wider SEND strategy within the school Requirements of an SEND Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (UK or international recognised)
Proven experience supporting students with SEND
Up-to-date knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and SEND legislation
Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills
